With the changeover to UH Gmail, there have been some reports that library notices are not being received. (e.g., courtesy due date reminders, overdues, holds, interlibrary loan notices)

It may be that the notices have been stacked and therefore "hidden" under the generic email subject lines used by the Library's email notices due to the Gmail "conversation view".

Suggested work arounds include:

• Setting Gmail to "conversation off" under the Settings (this will display all email as single line entries, rather than grouped)
  
• Checking your Voyager My Account directly for upcoming due dates http://uhmanoa.lib.hawaii.edu:7008/vwebv/login
  
• Checking your ILL Account directly to review "pending status" or "notifications" https://illiad.manoa.hawaii.edu/login/
