Free Books Online

Free Database Trials

Periodically, the UH Manoa Library participates in free database trials. These trials are offered by publishers to allow students, faculty, and staff to evaluate the resources and determine whether they would be valuable for our campus.

Google Life Photographs

Search millions of photographs from the LIFE photo archive, stretching from the 1750s to today. Most were never published and are now available for the first time through the joint work of LIFE and Google.

Google Scholar

Google Scholar provides a simple way to broadly search for scholarly literature. From one place, you can search across many disciplines and sources: peer-reviewed papers, theses, books, abstracts and articles, from academic publishers, professional societies, preprint repositories, universities and other scholarly organizations. Google Scholar helps you identify the most relevant research across the world of scholarly research.

Hawaii Voyager Library Catalog

Lists the holdings of the UH System Libraries. Includes books, journal subscriptions, musical scores, DVDs, videos, etc.

Maps/GIS
