Student Resources for eVols

Submission of Projects or Collections to eVols

Student submission of class projects to eVols must be sanctioned by an academic department or program of the University of Hawaii.

• If you would like to submit material to an existing collection, please contact the appropriate faculty member, or the administrative office of the school or program for information about requirements, style guidelines and the approval process.
• Creation of new collections requires departmental approval and either a faculty liaison or departmental administrative support person. If you would like to see a new collection added to eVols, you will need to speak with faculty in the appropriate department or program about their interest in starting such a collection. Interested faculty should contact the eVols Coordinator.

The following resources are provided to assist students in submitting their work to eVols. Some schools or programs expect students to submit their work directly to eVols; others expect students to work with the eVols site administrator.
