Bruce Friend Adams (1946-2008) collection consists of research materials
gathered for his study of Russian émigrés from China who repatriated to
the Soviet Union after World War II. There are documents from four
Russian archives. The collection includes taped interviews, many of which
are translated and transcribed into English. Adams was Professor of
Russian History at the University of Louisville in Kentucky.
