The Library policy on supporting personally owned equipment is to provide network software and advice on how you can go about making your personal equipment "network ready," but not to buy any hardware or software components for such equipment. Ethernet cards run approximately $100. The degree of difficulty in installing a card ranges from easy to difficult depending on the model computer.
