We've started a blog to show off some of the hidden gems in our collections. We'll also share interesting news stories that relate to the UH Archives and let our users know of any interesting events we are planning and/or attending. Feel free to check us out.

Hours


The Moir Reading Room will be open only by appointment between Monday, July 24th and Thursday, August 17th. We will be closed on Friday, August 18th for Statehood Day and will resume normal hours on Tuesday, August 22nd. The Reading Room is also closed on holidays and between terms during the academic year according to the schedule of Hamilton Library.

Location


The Archives and Manuscripts Department is located in Hamilton Library on the 5th floor of the addition. To find Hamilton Library on the University of Hawaii campus, see the Campus Map.

Visitor parking is available at the Dole Street and Lower Campus Parking Structure for a flat rate of $5.00, as well as in Upper Campus green Pay-to-Park visitor stalls for $2.00 per half-hour or $16 all day.
