Acquisitions Department - Fiscal Year Deadlines & Due Dates
Introduction
Suggested deadlines and due dates are based on the fiscal year as determined by source of funding. The State fiscal year runs from July 1 through June 30. Funds from State sources are designated GENERAL funds.
The Federal fiscal year begins on October 1 and ends on September 30. Purchases funded by the EAst-West Center are Federal funds usually involving purchasing by the Asia Collection and the Hawaiian & Pacific Collections.
Some special funds in the 9000 series, generally gifts, may have specific deadlines or other requirements. Check with the Fiscal Office if there are questions regarding special funds.
General Funds

| April 15 | Suggested due date for all orders |
| June 15 | Invoices due in Fiscal Office |

Federal Funds

| February 15 | Suggested due date for orders to Asia, Southeast Asia, and South Asia |
| May 15 | Suggested due dates for all orders |
