New Bibliographic Records

Two large sets of bibliographic records are being loaded into the Voyager online catalog.

  1. United States Executive Branch Documents, 1910-1932
  2. These records provide access to a set of microfiche containing publications of executive branch agencies that were distributed by the Government Printing Office from 1910-1932. The set "covers the vast body of material issued by federal departments and agencies, including annual reports, general publications, serials, instructions, rules, circulars, decisions, and registers."
  3. CIS Committee Hearings and Prints
  4. These records provide access to more than 40,000 congressional committee hearings and prints published from the 1830s through 1969. Hearings and prints are very important sources of information for area studies, history, and political science, and there is considerable scientific and technical content as well.

The records are being loaded with item records so that they can be requested online. Like all Gov Docs microfiche, they are housed at Dole Office Building and must be paged and brought to campus.
