How is LibQUAL+ conducted?

LibQUAL+ is a web-based survey. Survey data is transmitted directly to the LIBQUAL+ server residing at Texas A & M, where data is analyzed for the gaps between users' perceived, desired, and minimum levels of service quality. Reports are then sent back to the participating organizations. In 2003 over 300 institutions are participating in LIBQUAL+.

What will I need to know before I begin the survey?

Participants will need to select a discipline category in the Demographic section of the survey. Please consult the disciplines used at the University of Hawai'i and their counterparts on the LibQUAL+ survey found at the Survey Subject Discipline page before you begin the actual sruvey.

Will I be able to see the results of the survey?
