How Do We Measure Up?

The survey will run during most of the month of April 2003. If possible, please complete the survey in the next few days and respond no later than April 21. Our library is one of 316 academic institutions participating in a service quality-assessment project sponsored by the Association of Research Libraries (ARL) in collaboration with Texas A&M University. Though the survey is very straightforward, we would like to clarify one demographic question. You will need to match the department or school you are in to the Discipline headings used by the LibQUAL+ Survey. The table below should help you if you are unsure which discipline heading to choose on the survey. If you encounter any difficulties in completing the survey, please contact us at libqual@hawaii.edu.
